Create a narrator track, listen and approve it, then place it over a completed video. This replaces the original soundtrack; it does not lip-sync the character.
Use the correct script and spell out unusual names, abbreviations or numbers. Corrections change the spoken text only. Listen before approving; pronunciation requires your review.
Long speech is rejected rather than cut off or rushed. Shorter speech leaves silence. Applying an approved voice uses no new generation credits.

Convert video to SVGA with embedded audio
The online video to SVGA converter turns an existing video clip into an SVGA animation with frame images and available source audio. It is a conversion workflow, so it does not require a new AI video generation.
How to use this tool
- Upload a video or supported animated image up to 30 MB. The first 20 seconds are processed.
- Choose an output frame rate, width and size mode. Keep the source background or choose an appropriate keying mode.
- Convert and preview the animation, then download the private SVGA file within 24 hours.
SVGA embeds the audio track when the source contains sound. Silent files remain silent.
Auto Matte samples image corners; Color Matte and Glow Matte work on suitable key backgrounds.
Common questions
Can I convert an MP4 video to SVGA?
Yes. Upload an MP4 video within the file and duration limits, choose SVGA output and inspect the converted animation. Available source audio is embedded in the export.
What frame rates can I choose?
The converter offers 12, 15, 20, 24 and 30 FPS. Ultra-small mode uses a lower frame rate and width.
Can every SVGA player display the same result?
Check the exported file in the player or platform you intend to use. Player support, resource limits and audio behaviour can vary.
