SVGA Makers is an AI video maker and online SVGA converter for creators preparing videos and live-streaming graphics. Start with a reference image and a written motion description, then prepare videos, live-room gifts, decorative frames and motion graphics with the export tools you need.
How to use this tool
- Upload a reference image and describe the scene. Choose Cinematic, Animation or Cartoon, an aspect ratio and a supported duration.
- Review your scene, generate the video, then preview the result before choosing an export format.
- For an existing file, open Video to SVGA or Frame Maker and choose the frame rate, width and conversion settings.
Current Wan image-to-video generation uses 480p and support 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 or 60 seconds. Clips longer than 5 seconds join multiple generated parts; videos longer than 20 seconds export as MP4.
Video generation uses 20 credits per second after the verified-account trial. The current Wan workflow adds scene sound without a separate voiceover charge. Successful scene assistance uses 20 credits.

Yes. Video to SVGA and Themes Maker accept uploads. File conversion processes the first 20 seconds of files up to 30 MB.
Which formats can I export?
Depending on the tool, exports include MP4, SVGA, WebM, animated WebP and image-sequence Lottie. WebP and Lottie audio is supplied in a separate track inside a ZIP.
